Refund Policy

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • We are unable to process your order in the SSM system due to an issue on our end.
  • Your business is blacklisted and you choose not to proceed after we inform you.
  • Your business expired more than 12 months ago and is no longer eligible for renewal.

To request a refund, email us at info@ebiz-ssm.com.my with your order details. Approved refunds are processed to your provided payment account within 1–2 working days.

Business Renewal — No Refund After Processing

Renewal fees are non-refundable once your order has been processed. A refund is only possible if you request to cancel your renewal before processing begins and we have confirmed our agreement to cancel.

Before placing a renewal order, please confirm your business status, expiry date, and any outstanding obligations with SSM. If you are unsure, contact us first and we will assist you.

 


 

Dasar Bayaran Balik

Anda layak untuk mendapat bayaran balik penuh sekiranya:

  • Kami tidak dapat memproses tempahan anda dalam sistem SSM disebabkan oleh masalah di pihak kami.
  • Perniagaan anda disenarai hitam dan anda memilih untuk tidak meneruskan selepas kami memaklumkan anda.
  • Perniagaan anda telah tamat tempoh lebih daripada 12 bulan dan tidak lagi layak untuk pembaharuan.

Untuk memohon bayaran balik, e-mel kami di info@ebiz-ssm.com.my beserta butiran tempahan anda. Bayaran balik yang diluluskan akan diproses ke akaun pembayaran yang anda berikan dalam tempoh 1–2 hari bekerja.

Pembaharuan Perniagaan — Tiada Bayaran Balik Selepas Diproses

Yuran pembaharuan tidak boleh dikembalikan setelah tempahan anda diproses. Bayaran balik hanya mungkin sekiranya anda memohon untuk membatalkan pembaharuan anda sebelum pemprosesan bermula dan kami telah mengesahkan persetujuan kami untuk membatalkannya.

Sebelum membuat tempahan pembaharuan, sila sahkan status perniagaan, tarikh tamat tempoh, dan sebarang obligasi tertunggak anda dengan SSM. Jika anda tidak pasti, hubungi kami terlebih dahulu dan kami akan membantu anda.
